Tree causing disruption

Reported via desktop in the Report a tree problem category anonymously at 19:24, Tuesday

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Since this tree has been planted it has caused many issues, but my request to get it removed was ignored, however other trees on the road were removed on request and it really made me feel as its a racial issue that my request wasn't made yet others who just didn't like the tree there were granted the removal of the tree. As I called many times in the past regarding this tree outside 11-13 Howard street. Four years ago in 2021 due to heavy winds, branch fell off the tree and just missed my car, caused fear of causing damage to my vehicle yet again my request was denied. Now on purchasing a new car there's flower petals that fall from the tree which go into my ventilation causing the petals to enter my car, making it dirty, on top of the dirt caused on the outside of my car, because of this i am spending over £25 weekly to get my car cleaned only for it to get dirty again, can be very emotional witnessing this each time. The parking space is a disable badge that was done on request on my mothers health due to her disabilities, therefore i need to park my car in this space. I have also recently had health issues myself so in the process of requesting a disable badge for myself. please can you look into this please and i will appreciate it if you can remove this tree as its causing more damage then good.
