Many potholes on this stretch of road

Reported via desktop in the Pothole category anonymously at 17:36, Tuesday 15 April 2025

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

From the entrance to Chilgrove Road, coming from Camp Road towards Ardley, the first 500 to 600 meters is riddled with several potholes, all deeper than 40mm. As it's an unrestricted road, it's not possible to stop and take pictures. Even if I were able to, it would take a few days to post them all.

I was wondering if it's possible to have one of your survey cars assess the road and, if possible, prioritise its repair, as you recently did with Islip Road. This road is heavily used by HGVs from Heyford Park and by people heading towards the M40. Currently, there is a lot of swerving or driving down the middle of the road to avoid these potholes, affecting cars, vans, and HGVs.
