This is your response to our query. It has nothing to do with the gully. The grass by the drain is completely saturated from the works that were completed in March 2023. We’ve had various people out to look. There is bubbling water on the surface of the grass …. Someone needs to come out and actually inspect the site Your reply .. Thank you for bringing the drainage issue at Orchard Way to our attention. We truly appreciate your proactive approach in helping us maintain the quality of our highways. We are pleased to inform you that Banbury is scheduled for gully emptying in the first quarter of this financial year, April-June 2025. Rest assured, all Highway Surface Water Assets in the area will be thoroughly cleansed within the specified timeframe. Your report has been closed, and we are committed to ensuring that the necessary actions are taken promptly.
