RATS - possible nest

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

Several rats have been seen at the side of St Helen's Church riverside. There is possibly a nest near to the side of the Church. Residents are concerned due to the volume that have been seen recently. Please can this be treated as a matter of urgency.
