Hedges blocking exit/entrance visibility

The hedges either side of the entrance to Vulcan View are blocking the visibility for pulling out. With cars speeding up from the right which cannot be seen this is really unsafe and difficult to pull out. It is an accident waiting to happen. Could these please be chopped back as soon as possible. Some of the hedgerow further up has been taken away completely, right back to the fence (see photo 3) if this was to happen all the way across on the right hand side (if exiting the turning) this would improve visibility significantly. Please can this be considered. I can see this issue was reported in October, but the issue remains with visibility so either the job wasn’t completed or it has grown back, hence I am reporting again.
