Parking on double yellow lines where markings faded

Reported via desktop anonymously at 12:27, Tuesday

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

First one car found a place where the double yellow lines have been paved over and not repainted, and started parking there. Now today there's a whole row of cars parked there, which is a real nuisance, partly blocking pavements used by parents with buggies collecting children from the nursery, also restricting the road - it is hard enough for cyclists to cycle up Jack Straws Lane without losing momentum because improperly parked cars are blocking their side of the road.
