Grit and road surface debris …

Reported via mobile in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 16:41, Mon 14 April 2025

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Good afternoon. The single-track road between Holwell and Westwell has, as a result our very wet autumn/winter, accumulated a lot of grit and road surface debris which is becoming to a danger to cars, motorbikes and cyclists alike. I have witnessed a number of cars, motorbikes and cyclists skidding on the loose grit/debris, particularly on the bends where there is a greater accumulation. Might it be possible to arrange for a road sweeper to pass through and collect the debris? Many thanks.
