Hedge blocking visibility of road

The road is simply beyond dangerous and to make matters worse this hedge which can no way be legal stops anyone being able to see the road until in middle of it..

Issue is many years old but without anyone policing the road the road is now so fast and dangerous walking into the middle of it to see is not SAFE
