I reported the road disrepair some time ago, you have now completed your investigation with no further action. The road was dug up by a BT Open Reach contractor. They have left what was a grass verge with crossing to the three houses in an unsuitable state. The trench they dug has now sunk and is causing problems with vehicle and pedestrian access to the houses. The contractor should return and make good the works
