Obstruction of cars

I have this morning email two or three people in office to get to this point . The newly painted parking lines on Cleeve Road ,Glebe ride are causing one way traffic collision probabilities . When recently parked cars are parked here beside the green in Goring all traffic is limited to using the same lane . Oncoming traffic from Thames Road approaches on this corner and faces oncoming traffic from Cleeve Road . There is now nowhere to pull in at all The dotted lines take up all available room . Reversing so far back down the road is Not an option . I can’t see how sensible the idea of more parking here was thought out . We need spaces to pull in especially on a corner . I use this road many times and already had a car swoop around from Thames Road towards my car .both cars driving slowly but I had to brake suddenly when face with traffic and we are both on the same side of the road all of a sudden . I am suggesting please shorter parking lines so cars can pass safety near this corner . Bear in mind one cannot see what’s coming from Thames Road or vice Versa in advance since this new parking has appeared . As it stands you have to overtake these parked cars which puts you into oncoming cars . Can you imagine the refuse Lorry’s overtaking into one lane . It’s dangerous . Please update me on this issue Thankyou
