Outside 12 westlands avenue, cobbles habe been dislodged, probably another 20 down the rest of road

A working party from the council have arrived today to fix some kerb stones that have been removed by a resident. There are many more of these kerb stones that are dangerous down this cul-de-sac but apparently they are only replacing the ones that have been removed but not any that are just lose. This avenue is largely occupied by pensioners and this is very dangerous and needs fixing before someone has an accident.
