Street lamp post is wonky.

The green area next to where the lamp post is, was used by workmen, for months. This area had various types of earthworks vehicles on it, which dumped, and dug up ground waste, which had come from properties that needed their pipework replacing at their properties. One of the vehicles was a heavy one, which vacuumed up the waste.
The ground on the green was destabilized, and the street lamp is now not standing straight.
