More potholes opening up again

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

2 potholes on the left as you approach the junction, and a 3rd which was fixed last year on the junction which is opening up again. Lots of dodging them required which isn't always possible when it's busy.

    Opposite the junction there is a pothole that appears to have water coming out of it? This water is running down the road, and more than likely is exacerbating the problems with the multitude of potholes and degradation further down the road.
