The A40 London Road is potholed all the way from the junction with the lane to Lower Chilworth Farm at SP64230399 to the junction with the A329 Rycote Lane at SP65300335.
The potholes are most concentrated in the few hundred metres east of the junction with the lane to Lower Chilworth Farm. The road looks as bad as those in 1980s East Germany.
To most vehicles, these potholes will cause damage. For a motorcycle, they could cause loss of control, leading to accident and injury.

Thank you for your report. This area was attended by the Dragon Patcher this weekend and most of the potholes were repaired. There are Thames Water works in part of this road, at present, but we will reattend this area once these works are complete. We appreciate your vigilance and encourage you to report any future highway concerns.
