Vegetation growing over pavement

The vegetation here is growing more and more over the pavement, when you walk on this pavement you are extremely near the busy road. With the Shiplake Meadows Retirement village opening soon, how is anyone in a wheel chair or walking with a stick going to navigate this pavement trying to get to a bus stop or to the village, I feel it is very dangerous and needs addressing as soon as possible. Several people have also mentioned it to me when they were using it recently.
