Overflowing drain on the footpath

I am messaging from Banbury Town Council, the footpath between the cemetery and Waitrose has a blocked drain and is is currently back filling and overflowing, please could this be investigated. It is about 75-100 yards along the footpath from the Southam Road.

We are pleased to inform you that Banbury is scheduled for gully emptying in the second quarter of this financial year, July-September 2025. Rest assured, all Highway Surface Water Assets in the area will be thoroughly cleansed within the specified timeframe.
