This has still not been rectified and the surface is getting worse by the day. It’s dangerous for all road users from motorists to pedestrians crossing the road and walking along it. The surface has deteriorated significantly that gravel Is now building up along the pavement. It is also extremely dangerous to cyclists with such an uneven surface, which may cause significant injuries hitting the clearly terrible road surface at low speed. This is also the second most used road through the village next to the A361. What do the Highways folk want? A serious injury? Wasting tax payers money on damaged vehicles, or worse, life changing injuries to cyclists or other road users such as pedestrians or horse riders?
