Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There is a drain on the main road with a loose cover.

Please re site this drain as it makes the most horrendous noise each and every time a car goes over the top of it.

This issue has been reported already and two teams have attempted to fix it but the noise has got worse rather than better
