Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Neighbour parking on the front garden of no.8 Watlington Road and crossing over the footpath without a dropped crossing. Damage to the footpath and arguments about cars parking on the public highway blocking his car in are exhausting. Please check if this has parking is legal and if not enforce action to stop this please.
