Failing patch from hole dug by bt/openreach

This was dug a couple of weeks ago by bt/openreach (they also had the nearby manhole cover on the footway open while working on something). The patch to the tarmac surface they made isn’t good enough quality and is already dipping and the tarmac is falling apart. Openreach should have to make good the damage they have done to the road surface and make a repair that is up to standard.
