Damaged man hole cover on grass verge. Outside 3 Rosemary cottages, Burcot OX14 3DR. I’m unsure if this is a council issue or if it is a Thames water issue. Your advice would be an appreciated. Damaged for sometime and is dangerous as there is a half metre drop below. I look forward to hearing from you.
