Insufficient signage. Confusion with correct lane use.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Left hand approach lane has road marking for left turn only but no elevated signs highlighting this. Change around 24 months ago during works on interchange. Road markings ate hard to see in heavy traffic leading to frequent near misses when drivers in left lane attempt to go straight on to take the second exit A420 for Swindon.
