Potholes and broken surface

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Hi. Various potholes and uneven surface for approx 100m section of road. Temporary fix provided last year but recurring issue. Resurface or tar+chippings recommended. Drainage doesn't seem to be an issue, but only if the road surface is made smooth again. Thanks.
