Multiple potholes great than 20cm wide and 5 cm deep

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Multiple potholes on east bound direction close to centre of road (near white line). These are deep enough to jar steering and thus pose a safety hazard. They have been here for several weeks.
