Several road signs left abandoned

Whenever temporary road signs are finished with, someone simply places them flat and leaves them to grow old. I collected 10 such road signs that have been littered along the edge of the roads around Frilford. Another is next to Abingdon Prep sport field pavilion entrance and a further one between Ford Lane and the traffic lights, that one is blocking the path. This is as bad as people littering rubbish or fly tipping. Please can they be removed

    The signs are still there - someone has just turned them over, plus about 6 sand bags. Please can someone remove them?
