Huge potholes, collapsed drain and flooding every time it rains

Reported via mobile in the Flooding on Road category anonymously at 09:56, Tue 11 March 2025

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

For some time the road has been degrading and floods occur every time it rains, I witnessed a wheelchair almost fall into the water due to it hitting a unseen pothole in the water. The road becomes impassable when it rains and this is a major footpath from one side the town to the other. I know this has been reported several times and yet to see anything happen or be acknowledged. The problem is more than blocked drains.
