Road flooded and drains full of mud

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This has been ongoing for years and needs fixing. I had a report that the problem was FIXED yesterday but nothing has been done here! The drains are full of mud and are useless, the pipes underneath need fixing I am a prisoner in my own home when it rains heavily. The road is adopted by the Council and no the problem has not been fixed. Your comments would be appreciated and please note you said this would be fixed in 28 day a good month plus ago. It needs fixing now, not just for the residents but the numerous people who use this road. The road is full of potholes which does adds to the problem.
