Thorns and broken glass on cycle path

The cycle path on the A44 from Yarnton into Oxford has had small pieces of broken glass on it for the past few months. Taking the canal cycle route from here into Jericho there is also often thorny bushes that have been cut and not properly cleaned away afterwards, particularly in the section where you join from the A44. I cycle this route most days to work and recently I have been getting a puncture every other week despite investing in expensive puncture resistant tyres and my husband is the same. It is making cycling to work really unreliable, expensive and time consuming but it is the only way we can get to work on time in Oxford after dropping our kids off at breakfast clubs. We are both teachers and these repeated punctures risk us being late to work. Please can these paths be maintained and kept clear in the same way roads would so cyclists can trust it is a reliable mode of transport. Thank you.
