Large hole around maintanence cover

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Upon roundabout area in full view. sinking, damage and creating large pothole around inspection cover in road. As this is a sharp turning point for vehicles including bicycles, it has now become a hazard to life, due to the chance of falling into oncoming buses.
