Fence with heavy bush is leaning onto Path dangerously.

Alongside the pavement at the south eastern corner of Burwell fields, by the houses, a private fence has a very heavy bush growing in and over it, the weight of the bush has forced the fence to lean 45* into the public pavement, if it fell, it could crush a child, it looks very heavy and very unstable. It either needs pulling down for safety, or ideally replacing.
