Hedges and grass encroaching on what is an already narrow pavement. .

The encroachment results from trees and grass at the base of the hedges. Consequently an already narrow pavement along a length of over 10 metres is impassable for wheelchairs or other than thin ( and given the traffic, brave) pedestrians. The surface is also breaking up in places.
