Sunken drain - my previous report has disappeared?

My initial report has disappeared and I’ve attached a screenshot of it, together with your response which said it was be fixed in 28 days. It’s still there.
It’s by the farmers field entrance. It’s actually a drain which presents as sunken because of the continuous resurfacing around the drains. To drive over it is like a pothole. I go around it whenever I can but that’s impossible with oncoming traffic on a narrow road.
