Cars park outside our drive require no parking at any time

People park right outside our drive on a tight single road. Due to the new double yellow lines in Thame roads people are now parking here and going into the town. This is getting really bad and we can’t even leave our driveway. Yesterday we scraped the whole side of our as we was trying to get out of the drive we ended up scratching our vehicle on our driveway wall. Please can you put some no parking signs or double yellow lines so people do not park here. It is not safe an emergency vehicles will not be able to come through in emergencies.
