Very poor pothole fixing

All the potholes recently "fixed" on Church Lane have not been fixed properly. I've attached a sample of three. As you can see they are already crumbling after only a few days (of relatively good weather). This is just a pure waste of money! The infant school could do better. Is it worth getting a supervisor around to take a look please?
