Uneven and dangerous pavement

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

My wife took a serious and heavy fall on the very uneven pavement. She sustained a broken bone at the base of her little finger, two very bruised and painful wrists and a seriously cut knee. It happened at 5pm on Monday 3 March when weather conditions were excellent.
