Overgrown brambles

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Overgrown and hanging brambles and branches at eye level into cycle path on the hill (towards headington/away from city centre). I can see this has been previously reported but possibly unattended. This results in cyclists having to move into the road to avoid eye injury but slow down vehicular traffic.
