Grass verges are a mess

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

On Thursday 27th the hedges leading upto Bolts Cross were cut back by a tractor. The large branches and vegetation have all been left on the grass verges so you have to walk in the road now. Why were these not taken away? Looks a mess and now dangerous for walkers.
