Flourescent bollard on the chicane has been knocked off its post

The bollard at the chicane was hit by a car and is lying on the side of the road. The post in question is the traffic side of the build-out and so the bollard needs to be reinstated. Picture of the post and fixings included to help - looks as though the bollard is undamaged.
