The hail storms on 26/2/2026 were heavy and caused surface water flooding in Banbury, Middleton Road however this does illustrate the problems of the multiple blocked drains in this location. Blocked drains have been individually marked to be fixed but the whole of Middleton Road really needs to have the storm drains cleared in one go.
