The central reservation gully is blocked big mount of grass is blocking the gully water is not free flowing. This whole section need clearing as it flood across the road. This has trees,mounts of grass, blocking the gully in this section of road the whole gully need clearing from top to bottom need to be free flowing to drain down and away to prevent flooding
