Repeated deep flooding of road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The road between Emmington and Towersey repeatedly floods badly every time there is heavy rain. This is a busy road with no easy diversions. People are risking damage to their cars due to the depth of the water. This has been happening for a long time. Why is nothing being done to fix the problem?
