Whole of path sunken .completely takes up all pathwith rainwater

Path has been gradually sinking for last 4+ years. now completely fills with rain making impossible to get past.today options were to go in road or clutch on to wire fencing and walk in slippery mud on non road side.very dangerous for elderly

    You asked me to send photos of it dry. very difficult to show in photo how much path dips and fills with water. usually filled with water and or mud
