Very slippery mud across pavement

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Related to the many, many reports of flooding at this location, the adjacent pavement is now covered in treacherous slippery mud, with no way around it. It is only just a matter of time before someone slips over and injured themselves. Please arrange to get this cleared, as well as sorting out the flooding issue.
