Partially blocked footpath

Thank you for clearing the footpaths on the West side of Witney which are the ones I use mostly. I guess you have also done the rest of the town. In some places I would have cut the foliage back further, because it will be over the footpaths with the spring growth. However you have missed a bit along Welch Way between the service station and the road into Bartlett Close, and there is a low hanging tree on the corner of Bartlett Close towards the town centre.
