No 35 The Crofts Witney.Tarmacadam surface broken away from terraced house

Reported via mobile in the Footways and Pavement damage category by Michael John West at 16:52, Tue 25 February 2025

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

For probably ten years or more the tarmacadem pavement surface has broken away from where the pavement joins the wall at No 35. We are beginning to experience damp purchase on the internal walls - a likely result of the damaged pavement. Each year plants begin to grow in the ground where it is damaged and grow against the wall. The probable water ingress is the main issue.
