Drain backing up

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This storm drain is located to the rear of 47 Broad Street and backs up when the tenant of the Romania Supermarket uses the toilet. A drainage company was appointed and they said the blockage in in the Broad Street Road on the run from Mirage Nightclub. Thames Water were appointed (reference number 00994053) who attended on Friday 21st Feb '25, they cleared the drain, but the storm drain water hasn't receded and still keeps backing up. Thames Water said this drain is the responsibility of the council. Other storm drains on Broad Street are also full to the same level, in particular the drain on the corner of broad street/ George Street. Please can someone attend to look at this problem.
