Many large deep potholes
Reported via iOS in the Pothole category anonymously at 10:48, Tuesday 25 February 2025
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The road surface is in a shocking condition and is dangerous with around 20 large and deep potholes for around 250 yards going down and up the hill leaving Cumnor . Many have been reported before and have been there for several months without being fixed . Cars are on the opposite side of the road trying to avoid them. I don’t understand why it takes so long to fix these particularly as there are so many.

These potholes are still there and have not been fixed yet. The road is dangerous as cars are frequently on the opposite side of the road to try to avoid these many potholes some of which are on a blind bend. Why are these not being fixed as they have been reported many times and over many months? I will be writing to my MP about the lack of urgency from the council .
