Utility cover sunk

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Twice I have nearly sprained my ankle recently due to the cover having sunk below the pavement level. Treading half on the pavement and half on the cover my ankle was wrenched, but fortunately not seriously. Others may have less flexibility and strength.
