Not fixed!

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I keep reporting this lamp as being out along with the one in beech road. Not worked now for months but I keep getting emails saying they are fixed. This is an electrical problem that has never been fixed!

  • Thank you for your report, and we are sorry that you are having to keep reporting it. We have arranged for our contractor to re-attend again. We have made sure their operative is aware that this is a reoccurring fault and that they need to ensure the unit is repaired, or replaced. When they last visited streetlight no.2 on 20th Feb 2025 they took a photo which showed the lantern in light when they had finished fitting a new photo cell. It might be that we will have to replace the lantern entirely. They will be back within the next 7 days.
