Good Morning Jackie Thank you for your email and I hope you had a nice weekend? The Adoptions team have advised the Managing Agent have already taken management of the communal areas at Greenwood Place. Brimstone Road and 2 short road lengths of Admiral Way and Emperor Way are the only roads on the development that will be maintained by the Managing Agent as the other roads will be adopted by local council going forward. Currently we are awaiting for the council to advise when works can be completed to the main road into the estate and other roads, where investigative holes were dug at the request of the council. Once a decision has been agreed by the Council the roads will be finished. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you for reporting this. The development is not yet adopted and is therefore the responsibility of the Developer, Persimmon Homes. Oxfordshire County Council will not sign off and adopt the development until such time that the works are completed in their entirety to our satisfaction. We have recently visited the site and met with the contractor to discuss the requirements for the access road into the development. The Developer and Contractor are fully aware of what needs to happen and informed us that the access road will be completed and finished in the very near future.
